1. Pricing

All prices are fixed and are inclusive of all applicable taxes.

2. Sales Policy

Orders can only be placed through our official website or on WhatsApp.
Once an order is placed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation through our official e-mail address (-)
Once an Order is confirmed, it will be deemed as final and hence could not be cancelled, modified or refunded.
Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, size and color selection are correct at the time of placing your Order. AUROBA TARIQ OFFICIAL will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

3. Exchange/Refund Policy

Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery in case of defected, damaged or wrong size product.
Exchange requests shall be made through official email address or WhatsApp.
If the ordered size does not fit we will provide the same product in different size subject to availability.
In case where the requested size is not available for exchange, the customer may choose a different design which is available.
If customer prefers a different item due defect, damage or size issue the value of the exchange product must be equal to or higher than the original purchase.
Upon inspection and approval the exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 working days.
Items exchanged must be unused, unwashed, unaltered and in their original packaging with tags in-tacked.
In case of defect or damage AUROBA TARIQ OFFICIAL will bear the shipping charges and send replacement at no additional cost.
In case of exchange due to wrong size attributable to the customer’s mistake, the product must be shipped back to us at the customer’s expense.
No claims will be entertained after the 24-hour window.
We do not cash refunds. Exchanges are allowed as per the policy above.

4. Urgent Orders

Urgent orders are subject to availability and approval.
A 15% surcharge of the article price will be applied for expedited processing.

5. Customisation

Customised orders require a 50% advance payment at the time of confirmation.
Delivery timelines for customised pieces vary depending on design complexity and may exceed standard delivery times.
Advance payments for customised orders are non-refundable.
Exchange/Refund policy is not applicable on customised products.

6. Delivery Timelines

Karachi: 7–10 working days
Other Cities: 7–12 working days
Customised Orders: 15–20 working days (depending on order details)
Delivery timelines are estimated and may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, political disruptions, or logistical delays. In such cases, customers will be notified via email or WhatsApp.
